The ideal candidate will havedeep expertise in Accenture Newspage SFA, including implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of the solution for retail execution and sales force automation.This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and field sales teams to enhance system performance, improve reporting, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise solutions.ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and optimize Newspage SFA for field sales operations.Work closely with business users to understand sales and distribution processes and translate them into system requirements.Ensure seamless integration of Newspage SFA with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.Troubleshoot system issues, provide support, and optimize mobile and web-based SFA applications.Configure and maintain user roles, workflows, and business rules within Newspage SFA. · Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and field activities. · Work with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and automation. · Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company standards. · Train and support end-users, ensuring adoption and efficient usage of the Newspage SFA platform. Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Accenture Newspage SFA.Strong understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) processes and field sales operations.Experience in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Newspage SFA applications.Knowledge of SQL databases, reporting tools, and system integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.).Hands-on experience with mobile and cloud-based SFA solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
