The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment within the Indian market and must be willing to work onsite from our Hyderabad office.Key Responsibilities:Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for domestic IT and non-IT requirements.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), social media, internal databases, and references.Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ fitment – technical skills, communication, and cultural alignment.Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.1–4 years of experience in domestic recruitment.Excellent understanding of job portals, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening techniques.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).Work Conditions:Location: Onsite – Hyderabad Office (Khothaguda/Hitec City)Timings: Day Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)Mode: Work from Office Only (No WFH or Hybrid Option)Why Join Encore IT Solutions?Fast-paced and growth-oriented work cultureOpportunity to work with experienced industry leadersCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesTransparent and collaborative work environment
