Our comprehensive, high impact managed learning solutions weave together the best of learning theory, technology, operations, and services to enable a thriving workforce.Link for our LinkedIn page: Resource ManagerDuration: Full TimeLocation: India (Remote)Resource Manager: Key Responsibilities Instructor Management • Coordinate instructor interviews with Academic and Hiring teams • Request and allocate instructors and TAs based on program requirements • Develop and maintain instructor/TA assignment charts for each cohort • Conduct instructor orientation on StackRoute's pedagogy and procedures • Ensure instructors have proper access (email, LMS, course materials) • Schedule pre-program check-ins with instructors • Identify and schedule instructors for marketing webinars Survey Management • Manage and track surveys • Run reports and share with management weekly Class Schedule Management • Maintain and update training bootcamp program schedules • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely course launches • Communicate schedule changes to all stakeholders • Ensure smooth program execution with minimal disruptions Financial Administration • Maintain quarterly records of instructor costs • Track teaching hours, payment rates, and additional fees • Generate instructor cost summaries • Collaborate with Finance for budget reporting Communication and Coordination • Liaise between instructors, Academic Team, and Hiring Team • Ensure timely updates to all stakeholders about schedule changes Other • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams for webinar scheduling • Support team with additional initiatives and System and LMS enhancementNIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
