We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing efforts. You’ll be a team of one—for now—which means you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to create, execute, and optimize everything from blog posts to paid ad campaigns.✅ What You’ll Be Responsible For:Create & Distribute Content:Write blog posts, social media captions, and articles that grab attention and drive engagementDesign simple but professional graphics (using Canva or similar)Produce and edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTubeRun Content Marketing Campaigns:Build and manage our content calendarPlan and launch social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channelsTrack performance and iterate based on resultsManage Google Ads:Set up and optimize Google AdWords campaignsMonitor ad spend and adjust campaigns to maximize ROIWrite compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversionsOther Marketing Responsibilities:Update our website with fresh content and landing pagesAssist with email marketingKeep an eye on competitors and industry trends
