Manager Sales & Marketing-Kolkata LocationRole Overview:The Manager – Sales Department is responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives within the facility and security management services sector. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role involves crafting and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, acquiring new business through corporate tie-ups and market intelligence, and nurturing key client relationships. The manager will lead a high-performing sales team, collaborate cross-functionally to develop competitive proposals, and adapt strategies based on market trends. This role also includes contract negotiations, deal closures, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in facility and security management services. • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, networking, and market research. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and meet targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to create competitive proposals and pricing models. • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
