Learning Designer (2–4 Years Experience) (Short term - 6 months)Overview:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Learning Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in supporting a client’s implementation of a new application software. In this role, you will collaborate with our internal instructional design team to develop high-quality, user persona-based training assets—including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials and short marketing videos.This role requires a strong foundation in instructional design principles, excellent execution, and a keen eye for detail to ensure all learner-facing content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Develop ILT content using provided templates, including:Facilitator GuidesLearner WorkbooksPresentation DecksCreate visual storyboards for short marketing videos or walkthroughs, following given design direction.Apply instructional design best practices to enhance clarity, engagement, and learning outcomes.Work closely with the Lead Instructional Designer and project team to incorporate feedback and finalize assets.Communicate project progress, time estimations, and planned leaves with the project management team.Maintain consistency in instructional and visual quality, ensuring adherence to client brand and formatting guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field.2–4 years of experience as a Learning Designer or Instructional Designer, ideally in software or technology training projects.Proficient in developing ILT materials and simulation assets independently.Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.A portfolio showcasing ILT and video-based training assets (preferred but not mandatory).Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).Experience working within established brand and formatting guidelines.Join UsIf you're passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
