We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 5–8 years ofexperience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background infinancial operations, including payment processing, GST, TDS, income tax, and payroll,along with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience working in start-up environments isessential, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Payment Processing:Oversee end-to-end vendor and employee payments. Ensure timely disbursal and reconciliation of payments.Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Manage all aspects of GST, TDS, and Income Tax including filings, payments,and assessments. 5. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities. Payroll Management: Supervise monthly payroll processing, salary structuring, PF/ESI, and compliancereporting.Financial Operations & Controls:Monitor and manage day-to-day financial operations. Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and SOPs. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Start-up Finance:Set up and streamline finance processes in a scaling business. Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence.Required Skills & Qualifications:CA,CMA or MBA in Finance. 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a start-up or high-growth company.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Payroll. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho,)- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Attributes:- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical abilities.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Exposure to fundraising, due diligence, and investor relations is a plus.
