We are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Project Manager to lead strategic Salesforce initiatives involving Service Cloud and enterprise integrations within the Manufacturing industry. Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is preferred The role involves agile delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and managing multi-stream technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Salesforce Service Cloud and integration project lifecycles from initiation through delivery.Develop and communicate project roadmaps, executive decks, and status reports.Facilitate weekly customer calls and ensure clear and timely communication.Manage project estimates, burn-down charts, and key sprint metrics.Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking.Use Smartsheet for project tracking, dashboards, and collaboration.Apply Scrum and Agile practices to deliver results across cross-functional teams.Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders in Midwest/East Coast time zones.Proactively manage risks, issues, and project dependencies.Required Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.Proven experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud projects.Exposure to Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus.Strong background in leading integration projects (ERP, MES, third-party systems).Expertise in Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Agile project delivery frameworks.Deep understanding of agile tools and techniques including burn-down charts, velocity tracking, and roadmap planning.Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly desirable.Certifications (Mandatory):Salesforce Certifications Minimum one required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant).Project Management Certifications Required (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI-ACP).
