This role demands a leader who can drive topline and bottom-line growth, optimize distribution networks, and elevate brand presence across markets.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement long-term strategies for revenue growth and market expansionLead P&L for the retail and distribution vertical across IndiaBuild and scale distribution channels, retail partnerships, and influencer networksDrive cross-functional coordination across sales, supply chain, marketing, and operationsRepresent the business at industry events, forums, and strategic alliancesShape talent, culture, and capability development within the divisionIdeal Background:15–20 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business leadership rolesPrior exposure to building materials, construction, infrastructure, or allied sectorsProven ability to lead large teams and drive business transformationEngineering background (Civil preferred) + MBA from a Tier-1 instituteStrong financial acumen, operational depth, and strategic foresight
