Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Infor M3 Supply Chain Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Infor M3 and a deep understanding of supply chain processes within a GxP-validated environment. This role involves managing integrations with specialized software applications, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.Key Responsibilities: System Configuration:Configure and maintain Infor M3 modules related to supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring alignment with company standards and core models. Process Optimization:Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with GxP regulations. Integration Management:Manage integrations between Infor M3 and specialized software applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows. User Support:Provide functional support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to maximize system utilization. Documentation:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations. Compliance:Ensure all supply chain activities comply with GxP regulations and company policies. Project Management:Lead and participate in supply chain-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Delivery Organization:Support successful implementation and maintenance of Infor M3 solutions within the delivery framework. ERP Rollout Roadmap:Execute the ERP rollout roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless deployment across various regions. Leadership:Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Qualifications: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience:At least 7 years as a functional analyst with Infor M3 in a supply chain environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Infor M3 configuration and integration with specialized software applications. Regulatory Knowledge:Strong understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements. Analytical Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities to optimize supply chain processes. Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Project Management:Proven experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. Leadership:Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
