This role involves leading research initiatives, mentoring faculty and students, and contributing to academic excellence in Human Resource Management.Key Responsibilities: Teach and mentor students in undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Human Resource Management. Develop and enhance course curriculum to meet academic and industry requirements. Conduct high-impact research and publish in reputed Scopus/WoS-indexed journals. Guide Ph.D. scholars and contribute to research projects in HRM. Establish industry collaborations for research, student projects, and training programs. Lead academic and administrative activities within the department. Organize and participate in conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. Ensure quality teaching through innovative methodologies, including case-based learning and experiential teaching.Qualifications & Experience: MBA & Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from a recognized university. Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience at the university level. Experience in guiding Ph.D. research scholars. Proven leadership and academic administration experience.
