Position Title: Assistant Manager– Blue & Grey Collar Recruitment Specialist Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Blue & Grey Collar Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workforce such as security guards, housekeeping staff, cleaners, and support personnel for our security and facility management operations across India. The candidate must have a deep understanding of sourcing from diverse and remote locations, and be adept at using digital tools and social media platforms for outreach and promotions.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Blue & Grey collar roles across PAN India.Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, social media (Facebook, WhatsApp groups, etc.), field mobilization, local recruiters, and internal databases.Design and execute recruitment campaigns in rural/semi-urban areas.Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.Liaise with field teams and local vendors for mass hiring requirements.Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates as per job criteria.Maintain recruitment reports, candidate records, and dashboards for weekly/monthly review.Leverage digital platforms for job posting, candidate engagement, and brand promotion.Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in HR is preferred.5 to 7 years of proven experience in blue & grey collar hiring, preferably in security or facility management sector.Strong networking skills and regional hiring exposure.Tech-savvy with working knowledge of digital recruitment tools, social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.), and WhatsApp-based communication.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.Willing to travel occasionally for recruitment drives and field activities.Company Overview: We are a leading security and facility services provider, operating across 14 branches with a ₹400 crore turnover, managing services like housekeeping, engineering, catering, security, and more.Application: Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing relevant experience and vision for the role at arthalata@
