Provide an AMAZING Customer Service experience. To perform consistently with the highest level of quality and exceed customer expectations to deliver exceptional value.Handle the Commercial Orders assigned and provide effective support in total Sales Transactions and Order maintenance and supplies .Compiling the Sales Rolling Forecast for PAN India to identify the Imported and Purchased finished goods from Local Vendors and sharing with Procurement Team & Customer Service Lead.Will be totally Responsible for Compiling the Daily Shipment Data and share to the Commercial Group on daily basis.Monitor the Status of Order to Cash Activities, supporting the ERP system and identify the Problem areas and support CS Leader in implementing Global improvement projects.Support other team members on Daily Order Handling in case of emergencies as a back-up.Liaise with Operation and Planning /Procurement & Finance Team to get the Order executed well on time and deliver so as to get best Customer Satisfaction .Oversee the Complex Sales orders like Orders for Transfer to Customer Fluid Care sites and actively proceed for Consumption to maintain stocks at virtual Branch plants.Set up and maintain the Customer database to maintain up-to date Customer records to track order and deliveries.In case of any Consignment Sales warehouse will be responsible to manage stocks/ inventory checks etc.Maintain the Customer Relationship to establish Sales Growth and Business as per forecasted projection.Execute SHE/ occupation health procedure/emergency procedure of company and impart in Safety training as per Company policy.What are we looking for?Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree.Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role in the manufacturing sector for a multinational company is a must. Ideally within the chemical, oil and gas or similar sector.IT knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
