Petrofac is looking to recruit a Maintenance Lead - Mechanical (Oil and Gas Industry) to join our team at Andhra Pradesh JOB TITLE: Maintenance Lead - Mechanical Key Responsibilities Ensure critical equipment availability and contribute in maintenance KPI Involvement in daily maintenance activities like PM, CM breakdown and CFT Coordination with other departments as and when required. Daily planned job needs to be completed in given time period Ensure all check sheets are available with maintenance team before executing the job. Involve and resolve daily breakdown and corrective maintenance activities. Provide inputs during FMEA and RCA Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) process and review conclusions. Maintain mechanical plant and equipment to ensure that facilities and equipment achieve efficiency targets. Able to work with other teams and team leaders through influencing and negotiation to avoid conflict and arrive at the best overall outcome from a business and HSE perspective. Effective implementation of OMR & statutory requirements at site. Proactive drive of various audit program of Client like ISO, VSAP, AO, AI, 5S Detailed knowledge of Principal’s asset optimization & VSAP framework and implementing infield thereof Essential Qualifications and Skills: Mechanical Degree holders: Minimum of 8 years’ experience within the onshore oil & gas production field, Petrochemical or refinery with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position Note: Experience that is solely based on Mechanical Engineer or Maintenance Engineer will not be considered for this role.
