As we expand, we’re looking for technically minded professionals who can bridge the gap between clients and our platform, ensuring optimal performance and support.Job Description:We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the post-sale technical relationship with clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, campaign execution, and optimization. You will serve as the technical expert, working cross-functionally with client services, product, and engineering to deliver outstanding service and results.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned clients, understanding their business and technical needs.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing, setup, optimization, and reporting.Support the implementation and integration of programmatic campaigns across DSPs, SSPs, and other platforms.Troubleshoot technical issues related to tags, tracking, inventory delivery, or reporting.Provide regular performance analysis and insights using data from platforms, logs, and analytics tools.Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify optimization opportunities and upsell potential based on platform capabilities.Work with product and engineering to relay client feedback and contribute to roadmap discussions.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates.Document technical workflows and maintain client-specific configurations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role in programmatic advertising, AdOps, MarTech, or related digital marketing environments.Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tags, tracking, and analytics tools (e.g., DV360, Xandr, Google Ad Manager).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze log files and campaign data.Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Experience with Excel; knowledge of SQL, HTML/JavaScript or Python is a plus.Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Ideal Candidate:An engineer with strong communication skills who thrives at the intersection of tech and client service, and is eager to grow in the dynamic world of programmatic advertising.
