As we continue to push boundaries, we’ve now expanded into Talent Management – representing two of the renowned creators in the Travel space.We’re now looking for a Talent Manager to join our growing team – someone who lives and breathes the influencer ecosystem, especially in the Travel category.What You’ll Do:Identify, onboard, and manage a dynamic roster of travel influencers, creators, and digital celebrities across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.Craft and pitch talent-led campaign ideas that align with client goals and influencer personas.Negotiate contracts, fee structures, and deliverables with talent and their teams.Be the day-to-day point of contact for influencers – managing relationships, calendars, and brand collabs.Track performance metrics, manage deliverables, and provide insightful reports for both talent and clients.Stay on top of emerging influencers, creator trends, and platform updates to proactively recommend talent.What We’re Looking For:2–4 years of experience managing influencers, preferably in the travel or lifestyle space.Strong understanding of brand-influencer partnerships and how to create value for both sides.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage fast-paced campaigns.A solid network of creators in the travel/lifestyle space is a strong plus.Creative thinking and a finger on the pulse of digital content culture.Prior experience at an influencer agency or talent management firm is required.
