Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation, build brand presence, and grow engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in community building, AISO (AI-driven SEO), and social media marketing. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize results based on insights and data.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Marketing Operations (Primary Focus)Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on lead generation and brand visibility.Track KPIs and performance metrics; deliver regular reports and insights.Use tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and analytics platforms for data-driven decisions.Community BuildingParticipate in and contribute to relevant forums including Reddit, Quora, and tech communities.Initiate and moderate discussions to establish brand trust and drive traffic.AISO (AI-Driven SEO)Implement AISO strategies to improve content visibility across search engines and forums.Work with content and product teams to align SEO with user intent and AI trends.Social Media ManagementManage content and campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.Grow followers and engagement through paid and organic efforts.Analyse platform performance and refine strategies accordingly.Content CollaborationCoordinate with designers, writers, and product teams to create platform-specific content.Repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars, case studies) into short-form social media assets.Requirements3–5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and community engagement.Experience managing Reddit, Quora, or similar forums.Strong understanding of AISO / SEO.Proficiency in LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram marketing.Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and analytics tools.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic knowledge of design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Self-starter with a creative and analytical mindset.Passion for digital marketing, community growth, and emerging technologies.
