You will take full ownership of product quality and contribute to the success of the broader team.As a QA Lead, your key responsibilities will include:Leading the India-based QA team, ensuring high-quality deliverables across manual and automated testingWorking closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to embed quality throughout the SDLCDesigning and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases across multiple projectsDriving automation efforts to ensure optimal test coverage and code maintainabilityManaging test environments, data, and releases with a strong focus on risk mitigationEnhancing QA processes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the team’s test maturityReporting on QA metrics and identifying quality risks and improvement areas proactivelyQualifications:We expect you to:Have 5+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or senior QA roleDemonstrate the ability to lead QA teams and drive cross-functional collaborationBe an excellent problem-solver who can think creatively and criticallyBring a collaborative, can-do mindset to help achieve team goalsManage your time effectively and drive initiatives forwardShow initiative, act with ownership, and get things doneCommunicate clearly and confidently—both written and verbalStay curious, eager to learn, and energized by new challengesTechnically, you should:Be confident in test design, planning, and execution for both manual and automated testingHave experience with automation tools such as Cypress, SpecFlow, Playwright, or similarBe familiar with BDD-style testing and Gherkin scenariosPossess SQL skills (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)Have experience working with bug tracking systems, test management tools, and CI/CD integrationUnderstand Agile practices and the full software development life cycleEducation:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldWhat’s in store for you?Leadership development opportunities as we grow our India operationsAn exciting travel opportunity to our Sydney office to collaborate with the broader Resonate teamHands-on experience working in a truly cloud-native environmentRegular exposure to cutting-edge technologies and emerging industry trendsThe chance to work in a high-impact role that helps shape the direction of a growing global businessReady to make an impact?Join a team where innovation is encouraged, ideas are valued, and your contributions directly influence the future of our platform.
