The ideal candidate will lead the entire onboarding and payroll cycle and work with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.Administer and process payroll accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and company policies.Collaborate with VMS to streamline hiring and payroll operations.Address and resolve employee inquiries related to onboarding and payroll.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in onboarding and payroll, preferably in a US-based company.Familiarity with VMS and payroll software.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
