As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.Education LLB Hons. / LLM from a reputed universityLocation:NoidaExperience :6-9 years of experienceRole:ManagerRole & responsibilities: Advisory, contracts review and negotiations for various procurement and customer contracts e.g., Master Services Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Implementation Agreement, IT Support Agreement, Service Level Agreements, Teaming / Reseller Agreement, Confidentiality Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, Amendments, etc. Lead contract negotiations for both buyers and suppliers Perform due diligence and participate in investigation, audits and work with wider Risk and Compliance team Draft SOPs, process documentation, contract templates and impart training to L1, L2 and L3s Work as a team coach on issues related to Privacy and Data Protection Laws under various jurisdictions e.g. Europe, US, India and APAC region. Coordinate with InfoSec team to review contractual positions relating the Privacy and Data Protection and deployment of strategies in compliance and conformity to applicable Data Protection and Privacy laws Managing a team and performing quality check reviews Advising with internal and external stakeholders Participating in various Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy mattersPreferred candidate profile: 6-8 years of experience as an in-house counsel in IT / manufacturing industry LLB Hons. / LLM from a reputed university
