Job Title / Role:Transition Manager Key Skills:Service Transition, ITIL Experience: 12- 15 Years Location:Greater NoidaWe at Coforge are seeking “Transition Manager” with the following skill-set:The candidate must be able to independently mentor, guide and direct a team of process, technical and other subject matter experts with the objective of smoothly transitioning a set of services from either the client organisation or another services organization to Coforge. To achieve these the candidate needs to be independently plan, staff, execute and monitor transitions. He should also build trust within Coforge’s internal stakeholders and all the other stakeholders of the client organization, including client subject matter experts, client suppliers, client senior management and so on. He should be an expert in managing change especially changes which impact client organizations. The ideal candidate will possess in depth working knowledge in most of the following Service Transition processes, especially those related to knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfers, change management, risk management, transition to operations Translation of large infrastructure contracts to “transition deliverables” that will influence steady state operations. This will include governance mechanisms, risk management procedures, service management processes especially incident, change, release and problem management processes and the like. The technical procedures associated with IT Operations, regardless of the technical domains (e.g. workplace Services, data center, cloud, networks, security) that they belong. Security Management processes, including data laws and their implications ITOM, ITSM, ITAM and other related tools required for managing enterprise delivery systems Current trends in infrastructure including BYOD, VDI, Cloud etc. Project Management for large infrastructure transitionsKey Responsibilities Planning : Independently prepare and implement a comprehensive plan for service transition, ensuring efficiency and quality of the transition Stakeholder Management : Ensure that the interests of all the stakeholders of the engagement are met, those stakeholders belong to the client. Transition Governance : Setup and administer governance structures setup for transition. Risk Management : Track and Manage all transition risks and issues escalating when necessary Manage transition : Ensure that transition activities are executed as planned and agreed with the client,
