Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager having good exposure to either .Net or Java. Strong experience in Project Mgmt. skills including Agile process. Must have managed 12+ FTE strength. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in project management within the financial services industry Responsibilities: Project Leadership : Lead and oversee all aspects of financial services domain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and project teams, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery. Resource Management : Manage project resources, including staffing, budgets, and external vendors, to ensure optimal project performance. Technical Expertise : Utilize strong .Net or Java skills to analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Quality Assurance : Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a focus on financial services. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget. Strong technical proficiency in .Net or Java . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing competing priorities and driving results
