We're Hiring: Performance Monitoring & Analytics Consultant (Dynatrace Administration) Location:Pune (Hybrid – 3 Days WFO | Client Location: Kharadi) Shift Timing:12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST Notice Period:Immediate to 30 Days Only Experience:5+ Years About the Role:We’re looking for aPerformance Monitoring & Analytics Consultantwith strong expertise inDynatrace Administrationand enterprise-level application performance monitoring. This is a high-impact, hybrid role that requires hands-on experience inautomation, observability, and CI/CD practices. Note: Testing profiles will not be considered for this role. ✅Key Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring with enterprise tools Proven expertise inDynatrace SaaS implementationand migration 3+ years inAgile ,DevOps , andCI/CD pipelines Strong scripting skills (Ansible, Shell, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) In-depth knowledge of application architecture, OSI layers, and ITIL practices Experience in business metrics reporting, customer experience monitoring, and digital optimization Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with infra and app teams to define and document monitoring use cases Migrate legacy monitoring tools to Dynatrace and ensure smooth implementations Drive observability through CI/CD and automation pipelines Configure and tune alerts, dashboards, and agent deployments Promote monitoring automation and proactive remediation strategies Train stakeholders on tool usage, best practices, and visibility optimization Analyze system behavior and lead troubleshooting to improve service quality Mentor junior technical staff in monitoring practices and tool usage Must-Have Skills:5+ years inDynatrace Administration 5+ years inenterprise monitoring tools 3+ years inautomation tools Ready to take the next step?Send your updated resume toAkriti@#Dynatrace #Observability #MonitoringJobs #PuneJobs #ImmediateJoiners #HybridJobs #ITCareers #DevOps #ServiceManagement
