This is a pivotal role that combines deep market insight, platform expertise, and people leadership to create impactful, data-driven, and culturally relevant influencer strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem across platforms and categories, along with the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and clients.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership Lead the overall strategic direction for influencer marketing across multiple categories and platforms. Stay ahead of emerging trends, creator behaviours, and platform innovations to ensure forward-looking strategies. Manage, train, and inspire a growing team of planners—fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and innovation within the influencer practice.Category Intelligence Analyse and decode influencer dynamics across different industry sectors. Define the role of influencers by category and develop tailored strategies that align with specific consumer and brand needs.Program Design & Budget Planning Build scalable and integrated influencer programs across a range of budgets — from high-impact celebrity campaigns to micro-influencer activations. Ensure optimal media planning and influencer mix based on campaign objectives.Performance Measurement Develop frameworks for influencer performance evaluation, campaign KPIs, and ROI metrics. Drive data-backed optimizations to continually improve outcomes and client satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work in close alignment with the Growth & Strategy Lead and other internal teams to translate strategic vision into actionable plans. Ensure seamless coordination between planning, creative, execution, and analytics teams.Client & Stakeholder Partnership Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering actionable insights and guidance. Represent the influencer practice in client meetings, pitches, and strategy reviews, positioning the agency as a trusted partner.Key Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, and/or talent management roles. Proven ability to craft and lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across various industries. Deep knowledge of influencer platforms and tools for measurement and analysis. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect cultural trends to brand strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance creativity with business impact and performance metrics.
