Project Manager – Large-Scale Residential DevelopmentWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact, large-scale residential development project in Vadinar, Gujarat, India, covering 110 acres of phased construction. The project involves the completion of residential units, including bachelor rooms and conventional H- and G-type units, along with essential community infrastructure such as a school, temple, clubhouse, STP, WTP, substation, sports ground, swimming pool, landscaped common areas, and more.The role includes oversight of pre-construction services, coordination of existing design and documentation reviews, identification of value engineering opportunities, and preparation of tender documentation for an EPC contract.The Project Manager will also be responsible for leading execution efforts across infrastructure, MEP systems, and firefighting installations. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in delivering a transformative project with long-term potential in one of India’s most strategic development zones.
