We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and results-driven Counselling Lead to head our counselling and student success initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and manage support structures that guide students through their learning journeys. You will lead a team of counsellors and collaborate cross-functionally with product, academic, and marketing teams to ensure students stay motivated, engaged, and successful.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of academic and career counsellors.Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement counselling frameworks and student success strategies aligned with company goals.Student Engagement: Oversee systems to identify and support students needing academic, career, or emotional guidance.Process Optimization: Standardize counselling processes to ensure consistent, high-quality student experiences.Collaboration: Work closely with product, content, and support teams to ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement of services.Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., student retention, satisfaction, and outcomes) and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.Crisis Management: Design protocols for handling urgent or sensitive student issues.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for escalated counselling queries and student concerns.Qualifications5+ years of experience in counselling or student success roles, with at least 2 years in a team management.Experience in the EdTech or education sector is highly preferredStrong understanding of academic and career counselling frameworksExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsTech-savvy with experience using CRM, LMS, or student management systemsInterested candidates can email resume at
