Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHuman Resources Managerto lead and manage the end-to-end HR functions at our growing NBFC. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience inrecruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations , as well as strong organizational capabilities to drive manpower productivity and support business growth. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring across all verticals. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring. Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. Oversee background verification and ensure completeness of all employee documentation. 2. Payroll & Compliance Manage and execute payroll processing on a monthly basis with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain thorough knowledge of statutory compliances includingPF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity , etc. Handle all employee benefits and liaise with labor authorities as required. 3. Daily HR Operations & Productivity Develop, implement, and monitordaily HR processesand checklists to ensure departmental discipline and efficiency. Track, report, and analyzedaily manpower productivityin coordination with department heads. Ensure attendance, leaves, and shift management are updated and transparent. 4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Act as the point of contact foremployee grievances, conflict resolution , and disciplinary matters. Conduct regular one-on-one and team engagement sessions to improve satisfaction and morale. Ensure timely redressal of all manpower concerns and effective communication with relevant stakeholders. 5. Documentation & Records Management Maintain and update employee records, contracts, appraisal documentation, and other HR files in compliance with audit requirements. Ensure 100% compliance in terms ofKYC, background checks, documentation trails, and exit formalities . 6. HR Policy Development Assist in drafting and revising HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs tailored to NBFC operations. Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all branches and departments. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge ofPF, ESI, labor laws , and HR compliance frameworks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS systems, and documentation tools. Analytical mindset to monitor manpower KPIs and suggest improvements. Proven experience in handlingfield staffand remote team coordination. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in theNBFC/Financial Services/BFSIsector. Experience in handling 100+ employees across multiple branches is an added advantage. Employment Type:Full-Time Salary Range: 50k-70k
