Troubleshoot and resolve product-related queries with precision and empathy. Log and escalate critical customer issues when required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Continuously improve customer service processes and suggest actionable insights. Assist customers in optimizing their e-commerce businesses using Helixo apps. Contribute feedback to help improve our products and services.What We’re Looking For 1-2 years in customer support, preferably in tech or e-commerce industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. A proactive problem-solver who can think critically and act efficiently. Tech-savvy with a good grasp of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Bonus Points Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
