As our footprint expands across events, productions, and branded content, we're looking for afull-time Artist Managerto join our growing management team.This is ahybrid role , involving regular work from our studio, client meetings, on-site coordination at performances and shoots, travel with the team, and remote operations when necessary.Role OverviewThe Artist Manager will oversee the360° managementof NBC Music’s artistic and operational ecosystem along with an existing team. You’ll be involved in everything fromtraveling to gigs/concerts with the team with shoot coordination to business development, client meetings, and brand collaborations —ensuring smooth execution and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage calendars, schedules, and follow-ups for the artist and team Coordinate rehearsals, shows, studio sessions, travel, and content shoots Represent the band in meetings withclients, wedding planners, event companies, and agencies Explore and initiatebusiness development opportunitiesin events, brand partnerships, and new markets Plan and supervise branding, PR, and promotional campaigns in coordination with creative teams Ensure seamless communication across internal departments—creative, tech, production, and logistics Oversee execution of key projects, ensuring timelines and quality are met Participate in brainstorming sessions for content, performance design, and audience engagement Support social media and content teams with on-ground execution and logisticsQualificationsPrior experience inartist or event management , client-facing roles, or entertainment project coordination Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills Professional presence and confidence in meetings with agencies, brands, and clients Deep understanding ofmusic and live entertainment industry workflows Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity withsocial media trends , basic branding, and marketing tools A basic understanding ofshoots, editing, aesthetics, and creative workflows is a strong plus Willingness totravel, work late hours or weekendsbased on project needs A passion formusic, culture, and artist representation Bachelor's degree inManagement, Music Business, Media, or related fieldspreferredWhy Join Us?At NBC Music, every note, every show, and every emotion matters.
