Update ATS with detailed notes. Conduct interviews via voice and video calls. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Serve as the contact person for candidates' questions. Write persuasive profile summaries for the candidate submissions. Meet weekly quota of quality submissions.QualificationsExpertise in at least one of our service industries. Above average time direction and management. Ability to perform with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Must have international voice process experience) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills High-energy, Passionate, Focused, competitive, and motivated personality, Attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Open to a culture of continuous learning and development Knowledge and experience with Boolean Search and Active sourcing techniques
