Role Objective: To scaleHLE Glascoat’s international business to INR 100 Crores annuallyover the next 3 years. As a key driver of our export growth strategy, you’ll lead Sales & Marketing initiatives across global markets in theFiltration-Drying and Glass-Lined Equipmentsegments.Designation:Manager / Senior Manager / AGM (based on experience) Role Type:Individual Contributor Reports to:Vice President of International MarketsKey Markets: North America Latin America Western & Eastern Europe South East Asia Israel, Egypt, RussiaCore Responsibilities: Drive international sales for HLE Glascoat’s existing product portfolio Develop and manage customer relationships across target geographies Lead marketing initiatives and business development efforts Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and collection targetsSuccess Metrics: International Sales Growth Profitability Collections and ReceivablesMust-Haves: 12–16 yearsofInternational Salesexperience inChemical and API industries Engineering Degree(mandatory) Prior experience as aProcess Engineer in Chemical Industry(preferred)
