We are seeking a co-founder with strong expertise in marketing, sales, and branding to join our founding team and drive business growth.This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role with long-term ownership and strategic influence.Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market reach. - Lead sales operations, client engagement, and revenue generation. - Build and manage the company’s brand identity across all channels. - Collaborate with the core team on business development, partnerships, and scaling strategies. - Represent ShroomaNova in external engagements, events, and collaborations.Eligibility Criteria:- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in marketing, sales, or branding (Agri, FMCG, or startup sector preferred). - Qualities: Outspoken, confident communicator with a growth-oriented mindset. - Availability: Willing to work onsite and engage in day-to-day operations.Compensation & Benefits:- Profit Sharing: 15% every 2 months (capped at ₹75,000 per harvesting cycle). - Equity Vesting: 10% over a 3-year vesting schedule. - Co-Founder Status: A leadership role with decision-making power and long-term equity benefits.Why Join ShroomaNova?At ShroomaNova, we’re redefining mushroom farming through sustainable practices and innovation.
