The job role also includes building relations with new and existing customers and managing all Sales operations. The job role also includes building relations with new and existing customers and managing all Sales operations.ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development (Responsible for basmati rice trading) Visit and advise new customer from respective markets. Identification of new area for Business. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Conduct market research and analysis to understand supply and demand dynamics, price trends, and market conditions for rice. Sell rice commodities based on market conditions and client requirements. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the rice supply chain, such as buyers. Stay updated on industry developments, trade policies, geopolitical events, and other factors that may impact the rice market. Handle documentation requirements for import/export transactions, regulatory compliance, and trade documentation. Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks governing international trade. Establish adequate controls, to minimize fraud risks within the organization. Timely Reports to Senior Sales Manager and the Management.Qualifications Bachelor’s DegreeRequired SkillsMin. 10 years exp in (Rice Industry) Basic computer skills. Good written & verbal communication skills. Languages – English, Hindi. Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time efficiently.
