We design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses in SME, Enterprise, Government, and Public Sector verticals.Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility for Esconet, Zea Cloud, and Hexadata. Take ownership of building and maintaining a strong brand image and increasing followers across digital channels. Actively manage LinkedIn presence through strategic content creation and regular updates on Esconet Zea Cloud and Hexadata pages to boost engagement and followers. Coordinate and drive marketing agenciesto align their efforts with Esconet's strategic goals, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Be responsible fordriving the marketing vertical independently , bringing creative ideas and actionable execution plans to life. Website and Content Coordination: Collaborate with website developers to keep content up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for performance. Coordinate with content creators to produce impactful marketing materials inc engaging posts. Lead in-house website marketing initiatives to highlight new services and offerings. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage targeted email campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Analyze campaign performance using metrics and analytics, and present data-driven insights for optimization. Collaborate with agenciesand internal teams to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns. Event Management: Organize and oversee both virtual and physical marketing events, including Esconet-hosted events, OEM partnerships, and industry conferences. Manage the entire event lifecycle, from planning to execution and post-event analysis, ensuring maximum brand impact. Social Media and Employer Branding: Work with the HR team to develop engaging content for employer branding on LinkedIn and other platforms. Strategize social media activities to strengthen Esconet’s presence as an industry thought leader. Create and share relevant content to grow and engage our audience. Key Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT or system integration sector. Proven expertise in digital marketing, content management, and event coordination. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, social media management, and content creation. Excellent coordination skills to work seamlessly with internal teams, external partners, and marketing agencies. Ability to independently drive the marketing strategy, take ownership of tasks, and execute them effectively. Self-driven, proactive, and a go-getterwho can thrive in a dynamic environment. Proven experience in leading small marketing teams and guiding team members towards successful outcomes. Ability to develop ideas, plan independently, and execute with minimal supervision. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset.
