Role Overview: As a Client Services and Operations Associate, you will serve as the face of our Gift City office, assisting with client onboarding, relationship management, and operational support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early career professionals to build foundational experience in stakeholder management and front-end operations while gaining exposure to the financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for client engagement.Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions. Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and updates for clients, as needed. Ensure all client interactions are recorded and tracked in the CRM system. Proactively address client concerns and ensure resolution in a timely manner by escalating to appropriate departments.Onboarding & Compliance Support: Assist with client onboarding processes, including document collection and verification for KYC compliance. Coordinate with clients to ensure all necessary information is provided accurately and on time. Liaise with internal compliance teams to facilitate regulatory checks and approvals.Operational and Administrative Support: Support front-office activities, including maintaining calendars and coordinating meetings. Prepare and manage documentation for client interactions, reports, and operational activities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, compliance, and service delivery teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve service processes and enhance client satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills: MBA or equivalent degree, preferably with a specialization in Finance, Marketing, or Operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with KYC processes, client servicing, or financial services (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
