In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, submit, and manage tender documents and proposals. Your ability to analyze project requirements, research potential opportunities, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this position. The Tender Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the tendering process. This includes identifying opportunities, preparing tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements, submitting tenders on time, and maintaining accurate records of all submissions. The goal is to secure contracts through efficient and thorough handling of tenders.Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities through various channels (online portals, client inquiries, etc.). Review and analyze tender documents to ensure understanding of project requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information. Prepare and complete tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements.Proposal / Document Preparation: Review and analyze client requirements, tender documents, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFQs (Request for Quotations). Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information for proposals. Prepare high-quality, comprehensive tender documents and proposals. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities / prospects for certifications and track industry trends. Maintain a database of upcoming tenders and procurement opportunities. Process Management: Coordinate the entire client engagement process, including attending meetings, preparation of proposals within timelines. Ensure successful running of Open Certification Programs Ensure compliance with all documents required for submission within the set timelines. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the organization, including Sales, Project Management, and Finance, to gather necessary information for proposal submissions. Participate in strategy meetings to determine the approach for each opportunity. Quality Assurance: Review and proofread proposals and tender documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client requirements. Maintain a library of approved content for future tender submissions. Client Engagement: Communicate with clients, prospects for certification programs as needed, to clarify the requirements and address queries. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all proposals submissions, outcomes, and feedback. Generate reports on business activities and results for management.Qualifications: Any Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in tendering, proposal preparation, or a similar role within the consulting industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tendering software. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Knowledge of industry-specific tendering regulations and best practices is a plus.
