TalentGum has an average Google rating of 4.7/5 and is trusted by 1 lakh+ happy learners across 40+ countries.Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – International Market to spearhead our expansion efforts globally. This is a full-time remote position. Having already built a strong footprint internationally, our next phase of growth focuses on deepening our presence and keep sustainably scaling-up. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading this growth agenda. This role involves developing and executing a robust international sales strategy, managing a team of sales representatives, and directly engaging with global customers to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in B2C sales, particularly in international markets, and a proven ability to manage high-performing sales teams. A proactive, strategic mindset combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills is essential.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.Inside Sales: Manage inside sales activities, including responding to inbound inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve sales processes.Sales Training: Train and mentor sales representatives, enhancing their skills and knowledge to improve overall team performance.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business goalsRequirements:4-7 Years of experience in Sales in the D2C industry with at least 2-3 years in a Team Management roleExtensive Experience in managing B2C sales functions Self-motivated individual with an affinity for working in a start-up culture (erratic hours as per the requirement of the business)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.A Master's Degree from a Premium Institute or Experience in Ed-Tech is preferredStrong Excel skills are a plus.What we offer:Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Flexible work hours.Work Environment-Leading, fast-paced start-up with an interactive and enthusiastic culture and flexible working hoursEncourage project ownership, creative ideas, critical thinking, and constructive feedback.Leadership and learning opportunities, interaction with various stakeholders at all levels.Work directly with senior management to maximize career growth and exposure.Location: Work from Home (Full-Time)Salary - 10 Lakhs - 12 Lakhs Per annum Working Hours - Flexible
