You will be a core part of our leadership team, responsible for driving growth, building a world-class team, and elevating our brand in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.What You'll DoOwn the complete marketing funnel — from brand and content to performance and product marketing.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team (10-15+ people) across various marketing functions.Drive GTM strategies that span inbound pipeline generation, digital marketing, SEO, and brand initiatives.Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Growth to ensure tight alignment on goals and execution.Develop and execute marketing plans to scale revenue and user acquisition efficiently.Be a cultural bar-setter — someone who leads with ownership, speed, and long-term thinking.What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves:3+ years in a Tier-1 startup with fast growth and strong marketing culture.Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to full-funnel marketing strategy.Experience leading and scaling a marketing team of 10–15+ people.Demonstrated ability to drive results through both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.High level of ownership, hunger for growth, and strong internal equity.Preferred Backgrounds:Second-in-command marketers at startups with $50M+ ARR.Emerging leaders from top-tier SaaS (PLG-led or US-facing), or consumer brands with strong marketing DNA.Experience at companies like Zomato, Cred, Headout, Cleartrip, Postman, MoEngage, Chargebee, Whatfix, etc.If you're hungry for ownership, ready to build from the ground up, and driven by outcomes — we’d love to talk.
