Senior TIBCO BPM Specialist / Process Analyst | 6 to 8 Yrs | Work Timings: Standard ISTDescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior TIBCO BPM Specialist to support our client in accelerating delivery on critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the TIBCO suite (especially BPM and integration tools), combined with a solid foundation in business process analysis and optimization. This role is critical in ensuring that defined processes are efficiently translated into the TIBCO platform, integrated with existing systems, and executed in a timely and scalable manner.Key Responsibilities:Lead the configuration, modeling, and deployment of business processes using TIBCO BPM (Business Works, I Process, or similar).Analyze existing business processes and translate them into TIBCO-executable models.Challenge and guide third-party vendors on technical feasibility, design, and best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing TIBCO BPM implementations.Provide technical leadership and act as a subject matter expert in the TIBCO stack.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum 6–8 years’ experience working with the TIBCO suite, with at least 3 years in a BPM-focused role.Strong hands-on expertise in TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO BPM/I Process, and related tools (EMS, Active Matrix, etc.).Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and SOA.Background in Business Process Management and process optimization.Experience working with or managing third-party vendors is a strong plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred:TIBCO certifications.Experience in complex, enterprise-level integration environments.Why This Role:This is a strategic role for a client that is ready to bring in a high-impact resource to accelerate outcomes, reduce delivery times, and improve control over business-critical processes.
