As a Market Research Intern, you will contribute to our business expansion by identifying opportunities, researching industry trends, and generating insights that fuel decision-making at the highest level.What You’ll DoConduct in-depth market research on recruitment, SaaS, and HR tech landscapes across geographies.Identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and growth levers.Create structured reports, dashboards, and briefing notes for the leadership team.Support the Founder's Office on other strategic initiatives including investor outreach, pitch decks, and GTM strategies.Who You AreA current student from IIT, NIT, or IIIT with a strong academic record.Exceptional research, analytical, and written communication skills.Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity.Interest in startups, business strategy, or the recruitment space is a plus.Proficient in tools like Excel/Sheets, Google Workspace, and optionally Notion.What You’ll GainDirect mentorship from the founding team.Hands-on experience in startup strategy, market intelligence, and business research.Exposure to early-stage decision-making and product-market dynamics.A letter of recommendation and potential for PPO based on performance.Ready to make your mark?Submit your application along with a cover letter explaining your interest in this role.
