This may include a presentation about the company's history, policies, and vision.HR Paperwork Completion: Ensuring the new hire completes any remaining documents such as W-4, I-9, and benefits paperwork. This may be done through an HR management system or in-person.Benefits Overview: Introducing the new employee to available benefits such as healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and other perks. HR may provide guidance on how to enroll or make selections.Visa and Immigration Application Assistance:Advising employees: Providing expert guidance on the most suitable visa options for individuals or employees, such as work visas, family-based visas, student visas, etc.Completing and filing forms: Preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and other required documentation (e.g., Form I-130, I-140, I-485 in the U.S.).Ensuring compliance: Making sure that all required documents are submitted and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.Immigration law updates: Keeping up-to-date with any changes to immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
