Are you a seasoned professional in hospital credit collections with 2-7 years of experience? We're looking for a highly motivated Associate Manager - Credit Collection to join our team in Bengaluru.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily outstanding bills across inpatient, outpatient, TPA, and corporate accounts.Proactively follow up with patients, insurance providers, TPAs, and corporates via calls, emails, and visits to ensure timely payment recovery.Maintain accurate collection trackers and MIS reports, including follow-ups, promises to pay, and escalations.Coordinate seamlessly with Billing, TPA, and Finance teams for accurate invoices, timely approvals, payment reconciliation, and month-end closing.Escalate stuck or disputed accounts and handle legal cases with the reporting manager.Ensure no pending clearance before patient discharge.Handle walk-in inquiries and grievances professionally.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.2-7 years of experience in Hospital Credit Collections.Mandatory familiarity with insurance, TPA, and corporate billing workflows.Exposure to Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and accounting tools (Tally, ERP) is preferred.Possession of a 2-wheeler and a strong network within Insurance, TPAs, PSUs, and Corporates is essential.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.High sense of ownership, accountability, and ethical conduct.Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.Join us to make a significant impact on our revenue cycle management!#Hiring #CreditCollection #HospitalJobs #Bengaluru #Healthcare #Finance #TPA #Insurance
