Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled CRM Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain our CRM platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Talisma CRM, MS SQL Server, and T-SQL. The role involves supporting the end-to-end functioning of the CRM environment, running a 100-point health and performance checklist, ensuring data integrity, and working closely with business users to support operational needs.Key Responsibilities: Administer and support the CRM system, including user configuration, workflows, and data integration. Run and maintain the 100-point CRM checklist to monitor system performance, data quality, and functionality. Write and optimize T-SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and issue diagnosis. Maintain and troubleshoot MS SQL Server-based databases supporting the CRM platform. Monitor CRM performance, uptime, and data integrity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM is aligned with business processes. Create documentation for procedures, customizations, and issue resolutions. Provide technical support for CRM users and resolve application issues. Manage upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with minimal downtime. Perform regular backup and recovery processes. Ensure CRM security roles and access controls are properly managed.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL. Experience running operational and performance checklists for CRM systems. Familiarity with CRM processes in service or education domains is a plus. Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and documentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in CRM data migration or integrations. Exposure to reporting tools like SSRS or Power BI. Understanding of CRM security and compliance requirements.
