The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java and related technologies, with the ability to effectively evaluate technical resumes and match candidates to client requirements.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up.Strong experience in hiring for Java and other technical roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.Use various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.Conduct initial technical screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.Required Skills:Excellent knowledge of Java technologies and current trends in software development.Familiarity with technical job descriptions and the ability to understand developer terminology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Preferred Qualifications:B.Tech or BCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Prior experience in an IT services or staffing company.
