It will also involve blue ocean thinking for expanding HRBP Services to Vodafone markets while promoting CSO and improving partner satisfaction through robust engagement. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align exactly with every part of the job description, we encourage you to still apply as you may be the right candidate for this role or another opportunity.What's In It For YouDesign and execute change communication strategies that align with transformation goals and organizational objectives.Develop compelling, audience-specific content across multiple channels (e.g., presentations, newsletters, videos, FAQs, emails, intranet posts).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Project Management, IT, HR, Business Units) to shape clear, resonant messaging.Build and implement engagement models to drive employee and customer adoption of change initiatives.Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to monitor communication effectiveness and continuously improve messaging.Support change agents and leaders with communication toolkits, training, and messaging frameworks to enable consistent delivery.Track, analyze, and report on communication outcomes using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation across formats and audiences.Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programs.Working knowledge of change management modelsProficiency in communication and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, or similar platforms.Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is a plus.Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging content.Must have technical / professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or employee engagement, ideally in a global or technology-driven environment.Exposure to change management or transformation programs is preferred.Who we areWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
