We’re building “Feluda” — a technology product inspired by Satyajit Ray’s iconic detective — to uncover truth, drive integrity, and bring trust and transparency to the climate ecosystem.We’re seeking our first product hire — a sharp, systems-thinking Product Manager to join our Founder’s Office and co-create the Feluda roadmap. This is a rare chance to build something that didn’t exist before. No fixed feature list. No legacy tech. Just a clear north star, early validation, and an urgent problem.If you enjoy shaping 0→1 products, live for high-agency environments, and care deeply about planetary outcomes — we’d love to talk.What You’ll Do:- Co-own the vision for Feluda alongside the founders and science team — shaping a new category of climate intelligence products. - Convert ambiguity into structured thinking — map out the user universe (internal ops, agri landowners, labs, auditors, buyers), discover latent needs, and translate them into product hypotheses. - Prototype fast, iterate faster — work with internal users and engineers to build and break early versions for internal operations. - Define what good looks like — establish product rituals, define metrics that matter, and build a product culture from scratch. - Think full-stack — from backend data integrity to frontend usability to system architecture that scales across geographies and users. - Be a force multiplier — your product decisions will amplify the impact of Alt’s field teams, scientists, and future stakeholders in the climate economy.You Might Be a Fit If You...- Have 3–7 years of product experience (startup or founder-like role preferred). - Have taken a product from zero to one, ideally in a technical, ambiguous domain. - Are both strategic and scrappy — can talk system design in the morning and wireframes by lunch. - Get energy from building tools, platforms, or infra-like products — not just shiny frontends. - Are insatiably curious about climate science, carbon markets, and agri ecosystems. - Can ruthlessly prioritize without losing sight of long-term value. - Thrive in low-ego, high-context environments and default to transparency.Why This MattersFeluda isn’t just a product.
