Pickyourtrail is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager for a new business category (TAM - $40B)When the pandemic created havoc across the travel industry, we put our heads down and built out a new business vertical from scratch. The product market fit has been established and we have 10 paying customers. We are at a point where we wish to scale this business ground up.Expectations from the role :- Create a Named Account List and have a strategy in prospecting to develophigh quality sales leads- Build long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as salesopportunities- Attend relevant events/workshops and showcase the product to prospectivecustomers- Develop sales collaterals/battle cards to keep prospective leads engaged - Formulate and structure the sales pipeline.Own the sales funnel and pipelineend-to-end- Develop and own communication to be sent across different customertouchpoints (e.g. Corporate dossier, case studies, success stories)- Provide weekly/monthly updates to SDM on progress - Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly sales plan and commit to GBV - Own conversions of major accounts and be responsible for revenue - Capture and share ground level market feedback on product offerings andfeature based on interactions with customers- Provide feedback to Marketing on collaterals to be developedYou’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:- At least 4-6 years of experience in B2B travel sales - Proven track record of onboarding corporate travel accounts - Enterprising. Ability to build long term relationships with prospective customers - Driven by revenue outcomes - Independent Thinker. Able to formulate sales targets - Passionate about building and owning 0:1 initiatives in Corporate sales
