This role provides a unique opportunity for professional growth, autonomy, and an environment where you can truly unleash your creative potential.Job Description:Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Tester Team (Leads).Prepare configuration specifications and installation documentation/verification.Analyze database issues and manage backups.Install, update, and configure systems according to best practices.Investigate configuration issues and develop solutions.Document and describe issues for further analysis.Contribute to knowledge management by ensuring quality solution documentation and knowledge base updates.Contribute to continual improvement initiatives.Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Effectively self-organize work and manage tasks.Willingness to learn and develop new skills.Skills:Must Have:Fluent in English (B2/C1 level); proficiency in German or Polish is an advantage.Experience with Dev tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP).Knowledge of JSON structure.Hands-on experience with ALM, RETINA for testing, or bugging skills (log analysis).Proficiency with Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS, EventViewer, Schedulers).2+ years of experience working on Agile projects.Experience in a CSV / GMP environment.Hands-on experience with similar API tools.Experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog and Task Management).Advantageous:Experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management).Basic knowledge of script automation (Powershell/Python).Basic knowledge of JavaScript.SAFe Certification (will be mandatory after joining).ITIL Experience.
