The key responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and their families to provide information about the university’s courses and programs, managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining student records, and following up on inquiries. The role also involves supporting the admissions team with various administrative tasks and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in Counselling and TelemarketingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEffective record-keeping and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamProficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsUnderstanding of higher education systems and student recruitment processes is a plusBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
