Job Description: Business Development Manager (ITSM Services Sales) | BusinessManager | Key Accounts ManagerExperience: 7-10 yearsLocation: New DelhiJob Responsibilities:• Responsible for ITSM Infra Managed Services Sales in North India primarily• Responsible for Workplace Management, Datacenter led IT Infra Managed Services• Own the Opportunity Management Process: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, Close fornew prospects or clients.• Manage pricing negotiations, proposal closure, and timely responses toRFIs/tenders.• Identify revenue-generating opportunities with clients.• Develop customer sponsors, identify influencers, and present solution proposals.• Cultivate new business relationships, meeting income targets.• Lead generation and appointment setting.• Deliver professional-standard pitches.• Maintain strong relationships with leadership, account management, and technicalteams.• Stay updated on industry trends affecting search engine marketing companies.• Present company solutions, demonstrating client benefits.• Generate leads through market research and cold calling.• Understand client objectives and ROI goals.• Ensure timely payment collection against sales.Candidate Profile:• Consistently meet or exceed activity standards for prospecting, appointments,presentations, proposals, and closures.• Strong communication skills and client-side flexibility.• Excellent knowledge and technical proficiency on IT Services Life Cycle• Good Understanding on pricing including• Working Knowledge on Cloud Technology and latest trends• Understanding on latest trends like AI, Gen AI, Automation• Analytical thinking and innovative approach to work.• Bachelor's/master’s degree• ITIL Foundation Certified• Willingness to travel.• Excellent organizational skills for multitasking and prioritizing.• Established relationships with OEMs like HP & other Global System Integrators• Strong hold on 10-15 Corporate account
